Mershad arrived in the USA as an immigrant at 14 with a passion for accomplishing the American Dream. He has been in the real estate business for over a decade and has also purchased, renovated, rented, and sold properties throughout the Bay Area. This experience best serves his homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families before, during, and after the sale. 

As a Marin resident for the last 22 years, a family man, and a devoted father of two, Mershad expanded his career to real estate after a successful career in the tech startup in 2015. He has since been involved with numerous construction projects, apartment developments, and investment sales transactions with Marcus & Millichap in the Bay Area. Mershad has worked in pre-development, project estimation, project management, and transactional real estate projects valued at over $250 million. As a seasoned real estate professional, Mershad understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it's a life-changing experience, and that's why he is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients.

Mershad is an outdoor enthusiast and adventure seeker. He spends his free time with his wife, Katie, and Twins, cooking, hiking, trying new food, reading, and playing with his German Shepherd, Tyson.
